  I come here all the time and was looking at the food and saw this. I was not the only person that saw this. Small flys all in the food. OMG!!!!! I told the gal that was serving me about it and she told another worker a tall guy and he said don't worry about it.
  I did ask for the manager and she said the he was not there.
  I am never going to eat anything at this location. I will get my tea and coffee but no food.
  I did come back to talk to the manager and was very nice to talk with me and did say that they do not sale there counter or display from it.
  I felt better and was happy to hear.

  Update: My rating hasn't changed but I think you may have lost a customer for good. The drink I ordered today was $4.65 and was 80% full. A new employee was being trained on how to make the drink. Please take the time to quality check their work before losing more customers!
  
  This is my go-to place for coffee, however that may change after today. I went in to order my latte at my usual lunch hour. My order was placed at 1:25pm. I don't know if they were short staffed or if a machine was out of order. There was a noticeable backlog of people waiting for their orders. One barista was making drinks for mobile orders. Another barista was taking the labels and placing them on cups. A customer before me complained that he had already finished his food before getting his drink which he ordered 10 minutes ago. The barista who was putting labels on cups finally got around to making my drink. 16 minutes later, I had my latte. He mumbled 'Thanks for waiting.' Thanks for taking up half my lunch break! I also noticed that the iced drinks they were making had at least a 1 inch gap between the drink and th. What's up with that?!

  Really nice people working here, the girls working here are so damn nice. Really appreciate the customer service and how quickly they get orders out. I barely had time to sit down and they got my order out on the quicks. Shoutout to the people working here dealing with customers too bc damn.
  OH, and of course they make my drink the best:)

  Little, tiny, but with absolutely everything.  We walked here after shopping in downtown because beloved needed his daily fix. Interesting people, lots  of choices, plenty of non-dairy options. Be sure to join the rewards club and build points for free drinks. Gender neutral bathrooms!

  Unfriendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. No one smiled and the barista basically threw my drink and food at me.
